I fail at paint

Not the computer, I mean the paint.
3 of them dont work,but the rest are fine.They leave a very nice detailed look,and I have some brushes,and a whole bunch of other stuff that goes with water.The problem is,I cant make anything with them :iconretardthinkingplz:
